  • ye chije karne ke bad aapko apne khan pan pe dyan rakhnaa hai jisme aapko apnaa khane ka samay jo hai vo fix karnaa hoga ,jisme apkaa jo khane ka samay mai subhe dopahar or samko agar jo samay  fix kiyaa ho vo samay khanaa nahi khaa paye to aapko ratkaa khanaa nahi khanaa hai .
  • aapko apne jo khane mai mithe chije khane se avoid karnaa hai kyo ki mitha khane se charbi jyaad badhati hai .
          PANI PINE MAI DHYAN RAKHNA
  • subhe aap jeyse hi sone ke bad uth te hai to aapko khali pet halkaa sa pani ko garam karnaa hai use subhe pi lenaa hai jisase aapki charbi jo hai wo kam hogi. 
  • weight kam karne ke liye asbse zaroori hai ki aapko bahaar ka khanaa avoid karnaa hai bahar ka khanaa jyada fetti hotaa hai so aapko bahar ka kanaa nahi khaanaa hai .
  • jab ham khanaa khate hai tab uske sath pani pine ki aadat hoti hai so avoid kanaa hai so aapko khane ke bad aapko 30 minuts ke bad aapko halkaa pani gharm pani garam karna hai uske bad pinaa hai jisase 30 mintuts ke bad pani pine se aapki charbi nahi badhegi  agar aap khane khate samay pani pite hai to wo pani charbi ke rup ban jati hai  so aapko khanaa khate samay pani avoid  karna hai
  • agar khanaa khate samay pani peye binaa na rahaa jaye to aapko chhas pi sakte hai
